Hello, I’m Rebecca - a Virtual Executive Assistant with a background in events, compliance, marketing and business support. I’m based in Cheshire and work remotely with clients across the UK and internationally, including in Europe, Canada and Malaysia.

I launched Supported by Rebecca to provide thoughtful, flexible support that helps businesses and individuals stay on top of their priorities. With over a decade of experience across multiple industries including; housing, healthcare, construction, legal, recruitment and the public sector, I understand how to adapt quickly and get stuck in where needed.

Before becoming self-employed, I held roles in executive support, governance, internal audit, events and project management. I’ve worked with boards, managed social value reporting, delivered marketing content and coordinated both personal and professional arrangements for busy leaders.

I’ve built Supported by Rebecca to offer that same dependable help but with more flexibility, warmth and responsiveness than traditional admin support. I pride myself on being calm under pressure, quick to learn and easy to work with.
