Hello, I’m Rebecca, a Virtual Executive Assistant supporting business owners and senior leaders who need more than just admin support.
Based in Cheshire, I work remotely with clients across the UK and internationally, including Europe, Canada and Malaysia.
I launched Supported by Rebecca to provide high level, flexible support that keeps businesses running smoothly behind the scenes. With over a decade of experience across housing, healthcare, construction, legal, recruitment and the public sector, I am used to stepping into fast paced environments, understanding what is needed quickly and delivering without hand holding.
My background spans executive support, governance, internal audit, events and project management. I have worked closely with boards and senior leadership teams, managed social value reporting, supported bids, delivered marketing activity and handled complex operational demands. That breadth means I do not just complete tasks, I spot gaps, solve problems and keep things moving.
