Retainer Agreement
A minimum retainer of 22 hours per month, for a period of three months, is available at a discounted rate of £35 per hour. Retainers are payable one month in advance. On-site work is not included within a retainer agreement, and any unused hours cannot be carried forward or refunded.

Ad Hoc Work
Ad hoc support is available at £40 per hour during office hours (9am–5pm) and £50 per hour outside these times. On-site work is charged at the ad hoc rate. Time credits can be purchased in advance for all ad hoc support.
