I monitor and organise email inboxes, responding with relevant information or templates when appropriate, and ensuring important messages are highlighted and actioned. I liaise with colleagues, stakeholders, suppliers and clients to maintain smooth communication across multiple channels.
Travel and Event Arrangements
I arrange travel and accommodation, including flights, hotels and local transfers, and prepare clear itineraries tailored to preferences. I organise meetings, events and room bookings, coordinating across multiple calendars and managing invitations, apologies and declarations of interest.
Document Preparation and Office Administration
I prepare reports, presentations and written communications. I support policies and procedures by proofreading, formatting, re-wording and adding company branding where necessary. I produce meeting materials, create forward agendas and manage committee correspondence. I also take minutes, type dictation, manage actions and record resolutions.
Financial and Procurement Support
I manage expenses, organise digital receipts and ensure timely submission according to company finance processes. I raise purchase orders, track expenses, manage invoicing and coordinate supplier orders. I also oversee insurances and renewals for both business and personal requirements.
Recruitment and Human Resources Support
I assist with recruitment, interviews, employment offers and contract preparation. I provide support in scheduling internal audits, attending opening and closing meetings, collecting managers’ comments, managing recommendations and tracking progress.
Research and Advisory Tasks
I conduct research, summarise findings and provide practical recommendations. I also support property and facilities management for company and personal assets.
Personal Assistance
I offer personal support including organising social appointments, utility bills, food shopping, household services, gift purchases, pet care and child-friendly activities. I research educational providers and other personal needs. I also assist in finding suppliers, negotiating rates and managing contractual terms.
Gatekeeping and Strategic Support
I act as a gatekeeper, budget holder and sounding board. I prioritise tasks, manage incoming queries, calls and messages, and ensure that the client can focus on strategic decisions.
